Dijon Gastronomic Fair 2026: plan a delicious autumn break
From 31 October to 11 November 2026, Dijon welcomes curious visitors and food lovers. Make time for the fair, then enjoy a relaxed discovery of the city.

Twelve days of food and discovery
The Dijon International and Gastronomic Fair returns from 31 October to 11 November 2026 for its 96th edition at the Parc des Expositions et Congrès. It is a lovely reason to spend a few autumn days in Burgundy, combining food discoveries with time to explore Dijon.
Take your time among the stands, meet exhibitors and follow your curiosity. Check the official website before travelling for the latest programme, opening hours and admission information, which may change.
Leave time for the city
Set aside part of your stay for the fair, then enjoy the historic centre at a gentler pace. Browse the shops, find a table for lunch and take a walk around the Palace of the Dukes. Travelling with friends? Plan a few shared activities and leave room for everyone’s own discoveries. Check your route and transport information before setting off for the exhibition centre.
A comfortable place to return to
Le Volnay welcomes up to two guests near the railway station. At Le Berbisey, Le Solo and L’instant Berbisey each accommodate one guest, while Ly Berbis accommodates two. Subject to availability, the three apartments can be requested together for four guests who would like their own space.
Explore the apartments and prepare your stay request with your dates and guest numbers. Availability and the applicable booking conditions will be confirmed for your reservation.
